Our new Work and Study intake at Hotel Management School Leeuwarden’s Amsterdam Campus began the academic year outside the traditional classroom.
Hosted by The Vincent Hotel Group at Holiday Inn Amsterdam – Arena Towers, the students were welcomed into a professional hospitality environment and introduced to the opportunities, expectations and different career paths within the industry.
Vincent Pahlplatz (Operations Director) shared his experience and spoke about the journey ahead, giving students an early opportunity to connect their studies with the world in which they will be working.
It is a simple but valuable example of what becomes possible when education and industry work closely together. Students gain context, build connections and begin thinking about their professional development from the start.
