Once again, we had the opportunity to support the Alpe d’HuZes event. A team of 27 students and 4 staff members travelled to Bourg-d’Oisans, France, to take care of the full catering operation in the Start Tent, serving thousands of participants, volunteers and supporters.
From the early morning hours until late in the evening, the team was on hand with coffee, snacks, hot meals and a listening ear – essential during this impressive sporting performance for the Dutch Cancer Society (KWF). From pancakes to soup, from pub quiz to party night: the HMSL team did everything they could to ensure a warm and well-organised experience throughout the week.
