How can hospitality professionals continue to grow while contributing fresh ideas to the industry?
For Sirwan Moshirpanahi, Master’s student in Sustainable Innovation in Hospitality, the answer lies in connecting professional experience with real business challenges.
With more than 10 years of experience in Front Office and guest experience, Sirwan joined the Entrepreneurship and Innovation elective in Offida, Italy, where students worked on a real business case with Ciù Ciù Wine College and i-strategies.
Together with his fellow students, he developed “Craft Your Taste” — a concept that brings together wine, storytelling, local identity and guest experience.
Sirwan’s journey shows how professionals can continue to grow through education, while bringing their own industry knowledge into new contexts. It also highlights the value of working on real business challenges, where students, educators and partners can exchange perspectives and explore ideas together.
A strong example of learning that is connected to practice, and to the future of hospitality.
