Wednesday 15 February we welcomed alumna Linde Borger who was with us to meet and inspire our 2nd and 3rd year students. She gave insight into her career path at Hilton for whom she has worked in various countries of the world. Besides, she passionately explained about her foundation ‘Hotels for Trees’ that plants a tree each time a guest chooses to skip the daily room cleaning in a hotel.
One of the most important advices she gave is that ‘’attitude is more important than skill set’’ and that ‘’reaching the top is not a straight path’’. We couldn’t agree more and we were happy Linde was able to provide these lessons based on her own experiences. It’s been a pleasure having her!
