We are happy with a new addition to our food outlets: a flavour experience on wheels! The food truck involves teams of students from Hotel Management School Leeuwarden taking charge of the food and beverages for an entire semester. This practical and hands-on experience covers all facets of managing the operation while stimulating entrepreneurship. It truly exemplifies Real World Learning!
Currently, our brand-new food truck is dedicated to offering a complete Mexican culinary journey, with a strong focus on sustainability. As an example, instead of importing avocados, they create a delicious, fresh green pea guacamole!
