On 11 and 12 November, the Challenge Weekend of the NXT GM took place and the top 5 candidates presented themselves to the judges during different assignments to show why they deserve a spot in the finals.
We are proud that our student Lynn Woltjes managed to secure one of those spots and that she is one of the two finalists for the NXT GM Challenge!
The winner will be announced during the HotelloTop Year Event on the 11th of January 2023.
The NXT GM Challenge is organized by HotelloTOP and NH Hotel Group Part of Minor. Together they give young hospitality talent a platform to develop and challenge themselves both personally and professionally. The winner of The NXT GM Challenge 2023 will receive the hotel key to NH Schiller and NH Caransa in the heart of Amsterdam and will work for a year as general manager at this beautiful location, with top notch support. A unique opportunity to learn the real practice, from the top.
