Emma Van den Berg and Jean-Auguste van Willigen travelled to Paris to attend the Young Talent Awards, where they were named the winners! The award ceremony, held at the magnificent Intercontinental Le Grand, saw Emma and Jean-Auguste secure first place, competing alongside finalists from Switzerland and Canada.
Competing in the Radisson Group’s challenge focused on the future of job roles, Emma and Jean-Auguste impressed the jury with their forward-thinking idea, blending AI with Hostmanship to enhance connections between guests and employees. Their out-of-the-box concept was lauded for putting people first—an approach that ultimately secured them the top prize.
