On Thursday, 3 April 2025, a special event took place at our Restaurant Wannee: Dîner de Sabrage. The evening focused on the centuries-old tradition of sabrage. The Confrérie du Sabre d’Or, of which we are proudly an affiliate, was present to guide this tradition. Under the leadership of experienced sabreurs, guests had the opportunity to sabre a bottle of champagne themselves. A moment to remember! At the end of the event, each participant received the Diplôme de Sabreur as official recognition.
The dinner brought together a diverse group of people, including regular guests, colleagues, and students. It was an evening where culinary experience and tradition came together.
