With pride, we congratulate our alumnus Yaron Jansen, who has been awarded the prestigious title of F&B Professional of the Year 2025! Yaron, Director of Operations at Hotel De L’Europe, received this esteemed recognition during the AF&BM Gala on Saturday, 11 January.
Under Yaron’s leadership, Hotel De L’Europe has undergone a transformation, focusing on team cohesion and developing new concepts that elevate the guest experience.
In addition, Yaron is committed to training and retaining talent in the hospitality industry. He is affiliated with Hotel Management School Leeuwarden, where he inspires our next generation of professionals to embrace the beauty of the hospitality profession. He also established the Hospitality Benefit Program (UPNL), providing employees of participating hotels with exclusive discounts on food and beverage offerings.
