In 1987 we were the third Hotel Management School in the Netherlands. A newcomer that dared to offer a different voice in the hospitality landscape, challenging the established order. After 35 years we are still that progressive and innovative Hotel Management School, with a clear vision on the future while valuing our heritage. With over 3,000 students from more than 50 countries and 12,000 alumni worldwide, we are the largest and most internationally orientated Hotel Management School in Europe.

Our Grand Tour offers students the unique opportunity to follow parts of their education at one of our international sites: in South Africa, Thailand, Indonesia, Aruba or Italy.
With our unique educational concept ‘Design Based Education’, we place the industry at the heart of our learning programme. Our students work on real life challenges from the industry, in an interactive and inspiring learning environment.
The study programmes are suitable for students at all levels: from recent high school graduates to experienced professionals. Our Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree and Master Degree can be followed full time, part time or flexibly (work & study).

Our students gain industry experience at NHL Stenden Hospitality Group. This provides them with a living lab where they can develop their hospitality skills, while experimenting with the newest technologies and experiencing ‘real world learning’.
